I visited this location today and had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I politely asked if the knife used for meat was washed before preparing my order, as I do not eat meat. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with a rude reply. Additionally, I was asked to pay before my sub was even prepared, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The staff member was over worked, he had no help and a line up. You feel bad for him, no way he had a second to take a break. He was doing his best and did a good job under all that pressure.
Stopped in for dinner tonight and service was great. The two young guys working were pleasant and quick. One of the subs in my order was the kickin’ chicken, and it was awful because the piece of chicken were VERY fatty. The other sub was a veggie and it was great. Wouldn’t advise getting a sub with the breaded chicken due to the poor quality.
