Leeky Canoe is my favourite spot in Meaford to go to socialize and for food. The cooks are experienced and I have never been disappointed when ordering food. The serving staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend going.

Been jonesing here for years and The Leaky Canoe is always the best local eatery in Meaford by the Bay. Great pub atmosphere, excellent friendly service and filled with locals and their stories which really tells you everything you need to know. Reasonable prices for great fare is what keeps locals and visitors coming back. Recommended.

Not a great experience food quality wise. Ordered smash burgers, all the buns were soaked in grease. I think they were supposed to be toasted but were wet with grease. Burger was very salty. Ordered the sesame chicken bowl and it says it comes with lo mein noodles, but it’s just spaghetti noodles which is disappointing. Fries were okay. Table was dirty and sticky when we were seated.

Atmosphere is loud...Mitch McFarland review said you could ask for 1 patty on the burger which I did and it was tiny and they didn't drop the price of 18.00 for just 1 patty instead of 2 so I would definitely stick with the 2 patties seeing as you pay for them anyways..also all I wanted on my burger was onions and they forgot those even..thank goodness I got onion rings as a side and just loaded those up on my burger... I'm usually very easy to please but was less than impressed with this visit but willing to give it another try if I'm in the area or try an outdoor patio in Thornbury where it doesn't seem as busy

Second time we’ve been here, will come again. Ordered the spin dip, burger and Caesar salad, chicken club with fries, mimosa, and a virgin Caesar. Food was great yet again, our server was pleasant and attentive, made for a nice Sunday lunch.

Stopped here for a late night dinner and drinks, and sat on the patio. Playlist was amazing, service was great and the food was delicious (BEST Quesadilla I've ever had) It's also pet friendly which is so great as I had my dog with me. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.
