Nice Timmies in the great lakes area... stop here often for a bite and a coffee
Food is always great and coffee always hot.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile for me when I came in. They also puts smiley faces on my lids which in turn bring a smile to my face. They always carry drinks and snacks over to the table for the ones in need of assistance. ☺️☺️
They made us a specially made maple dipped !!

They’re good with getting orders right and also the workers are mostly nice.🫡
No washroom available to customers !
I had the bad luck to pull up to this Tim Hortons, after extended motorcycle ride looking for cap of coffee and a chance to used the washroom. At the time I entered, I seen access to both washroom blocked and one of the female employees struggling with the keys to open a door. After I managed to order my coffee and sandwich and pick it up, the employee was still doing nothing about cleaning the washrooms. When I ask her when possibly it will be done, she told me that it will take around 40 min !
At the time of conversation, the Tim Hortons was quite busy, with a lot of customers at the tables. I think 40 min it’s an excessive time, keeping in mind that she even didn’t started.
Why not to clean one washroom at the time and have one available for customers ?
I find it totally ridiculous and the employee show up a bad attitude towards me.

Visited Thanksgiving day, grateful that they were open as I needed a toilet. The staff was friendly enough, and there were about 8 people working. The restaurant was well attended. Ordered (2) steeped teas and 2 flatbread “Bacon-everything”pizzas (2 for $12 promo).
The teas were perfect, the flatbreads were tasty, but took about 12 minutes to prepare, which seemed longer than normal.
It’s Tim Hortons, and they were open. So there’s that. Nothing spectacular, but no MAJOR complaints either.

Considering it was night time and no other people in line the service was a bit slow. They also forgot one of our drinks and weren't paying attention to the window so it took us a few minutes to receive it. Not sure if they were just understaffed but they weren't fully on the ball. My bagel was also not really toasted. Everything tasted okay though and the staff were still friendly, just a bit harried.

Very rude staff. Seems to be one woman that is causing the issue. Good Employees are hard to find. Unfortunately this one doesn't one of them. Sorry, couldn't give you a name. She wasn't wearing a name tag. August 14th 12pm
