We had our first experience at The Stable Restaurant in Metcalfe and it was fabulous - delicious and the server Evalyn was the most pleasant server ever! We had the very tasty homemade lasagne and the very rich and creamy fettucini with the garden salad with homemade ranch dressing and garlic toast - so yummy. We enjoyed this wonderful dinner with a glass of rose wine and a Rickard's Red draught beer. We capped this amazing meal off with their home made lemon mirengue pie...
Nice surprise to find in Metcalfe. Clean with friendly staff and good food. All three of us enjoyed our meals as well as the coffee and dessert, we would return. The only minor downside was it was loud but once the lunch crowd died down it was totally fine.
Just wanted to share what a great restaurant it is! Also, besides the great food, the staff make it an excellent experience! Always smiling and so helpful no matter the circumstances!!
