Cleanest one i have ever been to
I had one of those nights with five or six things on my mind when I pulled into the Burger King drive-thru. When I reached the speaker, a staff member kindly let me know they had just closed. I wasn’t annoyed at all—in fact, I offered to leave, since I didn’t want to keep anyone late.
To my surprise, they served me anyway—and with genuine cheerfulness.
If you're the owner reading this, I hope you'll consider recognizing your team—not just for how they treated me, but for the many other customers who’ve likely had a better day because of their respectful, cheerful, and courteous service. They truly deserve a raise.
I got severe food poisoning almost immediately after eating there. I should have taken a picture of my puke, you could see parts of it was pink in it. Totally disgusting. AVOID EATING HERE
So the owner replied on this platform, I emailed the said email. I never received any reply after that. This was just a PR stunt as far as I am concerned
Road house king is the best burger in town! Phenomenal service. Would recommend to a friend.
We ordered our burgers here. The fries were extremely salty. I noticed there is salt at almost every table. So it seems to be an issue for other customers as well. When I brought it up to the manager she said the district manager is aware. But obviously nothing has been done. So the option seems to be over salted or no salt at all. Ridiculous! Nearly fifteen minutes for two ice creams???? I get that the drive through line is probably long, but holy hell that’s not normal.
Also the mozzarella sticks tasted like freezer burn.

Walked out today! staff was extremely disorganized. Waited 10 min to order. Even told them i was leaving, Staff more worried about drive thru and door dash . I have gone here for decades but the last couple months

Employee was clearly getting flustered in a busy drive thru, when we asked for our forgotten milkshake it was practically thrown into my car and I now need a professional cleaning. I have submitted an online support case for a full refund and the cost of my cleaning as not a single employee acknowledged my existence when I went inside. You want $40 for two meals and this is how you conduct business? I’ll go anywhere else in the future.
Edit: just opened our order up and that’s messed up too.

Quick, friendly service. We got to our vehicle and noticed an item was wrong, when we returned to the store, the item was replaced and additional fries were added to the bag. Thanks.
Kid-friendliness: Store was decorated for Halloween, our son loves it. He also loves his crown.

Dirty restaurant, not a single table was free from crumbs and grease /ketchup.
The food was low quality even for fast food, poorly put tougher and wrapped, and certain items weren’t cooked enough (wet soggy onion rings).
The employee had such a thick accent I could barely understand her and she messed up my order because she probably barely understood me.
Never going back to this place.
