Chuck says he is offering bigger portions for less money yet he collects 3% extra on your bill to make it happen. I find the matter perplexing. The ribs were all meat and no fat, perhaps one of the best cuts I have ever eaten from a restaurant but they lacked flavor. The French fries are a snooze fest and drastically need to be revamped. The boneless chicken wings are odd shaped little chicken fingers and the regular wings are big breaded fellas. The steaks are fair but nothing...
