My husband and I have been many times. Their alcoholic beverages and food are very good. Prices seem a bit steep, but if that's not a concern, it's definitely worth a trip. Their outdoor space isn't ideal, and their indoor space could be nicer.
I asked the owner Ricky if he can make his pizza more crispy just like in Napoli, Italy. He made the pizza himself, that was an amazing Margherita pizza, the gelato next door is amazing as well, I had the pistachio gelato, very authentic food, very good service, good to know you can have Italian quality, right here in Midland.
My Italian friend & I had lunch today at Dillon’s. She said that the pizza 🍕 is authentic Neapolitan! The dough was perfect with just the right amount of sauce & fresh ingredients. Dillon’s is a true Italian gem in Downtown Midland. Bravo 👏
P.S. We then went to Dillon’s new Italian coffee shop & had gelato! Perfecto 😋
