What a disgusting place.
I was staying in Penetanguishene for the night and decided to get my favourite sub.
But this location.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The kitchen floor was absolutely gross.... food and garbage everywhere. I've never seen anything like the mess I saw there.
The workers were rude, 0 manners, didn't greet me or the person that came in after me.
Looked at us and looked away.
It was super uncomfortable.
I should have left as soon as I walked in.
Wish I had my phone on me to take a picture of the kitchen.
TERRIBLE.
Got there around 9:30pm may 26th.
First thing you see is two employees sleeping on the benches with no shoes or socks.
I was also not greeted or asked if they could help me.

We ordered 5 subs tonight. Asked for lettuce tomato and onion on one of the subs and paid for it and they didn’t add anything to the one sub. The other subs had olives mixed in and we didn’t ask for them. As well as mushrooms mixed into the other subs. One sub smelt fishy. Thank fully none of us are allergic but when you call to let them know (5 times) and no one answers it is quite ridiculous.

Used app to order my food and it was easy not my first time eating at a firehouse sub love there size and price compared to other sub places around town. It was my daughter’s first time eating a sub from firehouse she got a medium pepperoni pizza meatball and she loved it also could not eat it all. Also the kid loved the look of the inside of the store and when she found out you can buy the bucket the pickles come in she was beside her self.
