This is the best kept dining secret in the area. Tucked quietly away modestly serving delicious homemade European food made and served by a most pleasant and unassuming woman. This is my go to place whenever I am downtown. Beats all of the chain restaurants hands down. The menu is limited but you are guaranteed fresh and delectable food, plus there is a small grocery selection available and some handmade wares. A relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend if you are not looking for...
Fantastic little downtown spot with real homemade food. Just like mama used to make!
The chicken noodle soup and pierogi are particularly delicious.
The owner is such a nice woman, and her shop has all kinds of quirky items for sale. From Polish treats, to clothing, pastry, and gift items, she has it. It really is a little gem.
Give it a try.

My friend and I dropped in for lunch and both had the soup of the day, best borscht ever, and the reuben sandwich. Friendly service, very quiant lovely setting. Also had many polish treats and goods for sale. Will definitely go back.
