Recently moved to the area from Barrie and can’t say enough good things about this KFC. I recently had a family member visit, we ordered KFC and they couldn’t believe how much better the quality was compared to other KFC locations.
The service is always great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but everyone is working hard to serve the customers.

Probably the worst I've ever recieved from them. I've eaten there numerous times a year and it's usually good. Today not so much. So much grease in there bottom of the bucket that the crunchy chicken skin is soggy! Fries were good, popcorn chicken was good, onions were also good. I've attached some pictures and will be in contact with management.

Tried this place, have to say that I've been to many locations. Hard to remember last time I had such bad experience with food quality like this place. Cold, hard chicken. Building also feels like falling apart. Seems KFC has given up on this location, no oversight. Feel sad for locals who only have access to this location.

Thursday Oct. 2nd @ 7:30pm. Long line of customers waiting for their paid KFC dinners ahead of my own. One customer asked for his money back after waiting 25 mins for his 10pc bucket feast. I ordered online about 7:30pm. It is 7:49pm. Ordered a $10 value meal with sliders, fries and popcorn chicken. Luckily, your counter service person very understandable.

Just ordered dinner was an hour late from original Delivery time food cold and nasty soggy cold now have to cook 30 more minutes until hopefully it is worth eating second time in a row discussed and angry about the money wasted here
