I been always a KFC fan. But this place they charged me for extra sandwich which I didn't order I still paid for it. " I clearly mentioned NO PICKLES" please. But I got pickles in all my sandwiches. I asked them to change this but they refused. Customer service is 👎 bad.

I had placed a mobile order, when we got there it was already in the mobile cue. There was only one person up front who looked miserable and I understand that one person can get overwhelmed with it being busy and had a long day, but it actually wasn't very busy maybe a few customers. I go to the mobile pick up to get my order, and the person up front completely ignored us, we waited 15 minutes for food that was already ready. I had to get her attention, when she gave us the food we confirmed it was ours and even tried three times to show her that it was indeed our order but she ignored that. By the time we tried to leave we were stopped and questioned if that was our food, again I showed the order on my phone but we were stopped another time because they didn't see it. This was awful service and I'm not very happy with how this went. 1/10 service

Chicken was dark oily, gave me a gut ache. I think it was left over yesterday and reheated. Or it's old oil and needs to be changed. Not the usual quality I'm use too. For $50.00 So disappointed ?

Litrlerally just fed 2 mom's and 4 teens and everyone was happy because of fries. First of all the new fries are awesome, I grew up on kfc fries and I hate change. But they're tasty. Don't change the gravy I'll revolt. We forgot to add fries with 2 family buckets my bestie and I were sharing with our kids and I personally would've cried because I forgot to add fries I made the order but they called to ask if I meant to add fries because I also had a large gravy. We love to complain nowadays but let's call eachother out for having eachothers backs more often. Kfc had my back today. Whoever you are you deserve a raise. Thank you.

This KfC used to be my go too place when in town until last Wednesday. I bought a bucket etc and the chicken was so bad I'm sure it sat in a dirty oil bath all night. The bottom if the bucket was dirty oil and if you were to squeeze chicken well just Grosse ! it's almost like I received what was suppose to be put in the garbage and that's where it went . I should of returned it but I live a good distance away .They have just lost a valued customer. I'm so angry I wasted my money .
