two times now i’ve ordered from here on skip and both times now I’ve had missing items. Won’t be buying from this location again

I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. I opened it about 10 minutes later, and the pizza was dry, and the crust hard as a rock. The crazy bread was stale. Its like I received food left over from the night before.

I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza with 2 toppings. I got home only had one topping I called the lady explained she would replace my pizza next time I came in. I went to replace it and she was ignorant on the phone. Telling me I was wrong. I explained it wad herd to hear her. She hung up on me. When I went there she started screaming and I mean screaming at me infront if another customer telling me I'm rude n she hopes I never have to deal with me again. She was the most ignorant person I've ever dealt with. MOHINDERJIT from Midland location

Worst management ever. The manager yelled at me, told me I have no right to ask questions, and said ‘take it or leave it.’ Zero respect for delivery drivers. Completely unprofessional

Dear Owner,
I'm not sure if you just don't care.. or you don't know what you are doing. Take a look at all the reviews you have and give your head a shake. I hope head office can see these and does something about this. You NEVER have anything hot and ready other than crazy bread. When ever I order a pizza it comes with little to no topping on it ( I'm not talking pepperoni, I'm talking a pizza like Canadian at a premium price.) why is it I can order the same pizza in Barrie and have it loaded with bacon, mushroom etc... but here at this location it's made like it's coming out of the pocket of the person taking my order? It's nonsense.. no more will I waste my money here. You have a lawn full of hot and ready signs and legit.. not once have you ever had a pizza ready for me to walk out with, and if I have to wait at least make it worth it.

Dear head office, Get the owner of Barrie's little ceaser out here so he can show this place how it's done.

Absolutely terrible experience. The shift incharge and staff were shockingly rude — not just to customers but also to delivery partners. Zero professionalism, no basic courtesy, and clearly no customer service training whatsoever. Completely unacceptable behavior from a brand that claims to be reputable. If this is how they treat people, they don't deserve anyone's business. Extremely disappointing.

Place had only been open for 2 hours. Got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Extremely dry and the crust was not edible it was so hard and dry. I never have high standards as I know it’s all about a cheap and fast pizza but when you open the box two minutes after picking it up and it appears like this it is extremely disappointing. No issue with the staff , it was just the worst pizza I have picked up in my life.

Bought a meat lovers , pepperoni & crazy bites at 6pm on August 16th from the midland location.
Service sucked as guy couldn't understand what we where asking. Food was old. Crust on the pizza was rock hard, and crazy bread was cold and almost as hard as the pizza crust.
Never again... !!
6pm food should be fresh not 4 hours old.
