Maitreya Authentic Indian Cuisine ( Bar & Restaurant)

Located in a small plaza, this small eatery serves some really good Indian food. We tried their butter chicken, paneer butter malasa, and chicken tikka masala. All three dishes didn't disappoint. We absolutely loved their naan, which was very rich in flavour and had the perfect chewy texture.

Our first time ordering from Maitreya and it was fantastic. If you're looking for a good classic, the Butter Chicken or Mushroom Masala were both delicious and the regular portions were generous. The Pakora was also a must and don't skip the Raita. Delivery was quick, food was hot, and the service was friendly. Absolutely will order again.

Astounding flavours. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The server was very friendly, and incredibly helpful. They even have a selection of Indian soft drinks. Try something you haven't tried before!

Butter chicken was mediocre, vindaloo was absolutely inedible just terrible, it had a strange powdery consistency and the flavour was awful. Service was horrible. Each dish came out separately, first butter chicken and naan bread, 15 minutes later the rice came, 20 minutes after that the vindaloo finally came.
We will absolutely not be back.

Terrible experience!

It took an hour and 14 minutes for our order to be prepared and served. At that point, the dishes that had been prepared first were cold and congealed. The food wasn't bad, but dining in was literally a waste of time. If we had been informed that there would be a long delay we would have gone elsewhere.

No attempt to apologize was made. We were just told we would have to wait indefinitely as they had a lot of Uber orders that evening.

Definitely not a place that we will be going to again.

I’ve gotten takeout before with an friendand it was incredible. She keeps asking about this place because she lives out of town!
Just ordered in for the evening and even though Vindaloo isn’t an option on Door Dash, they were able to accommodate me and add vindaloo to my order.

It takes some time to get your order. But it is exactly what looking for when wanting an authentic Indian dish. Spicy was the right choice for the butter chicken big chunks of chicken and a good portion of rice to complete it. Will be back ?? 0 on atmosphere cuz got take out

Pathetic service. Uber eats gets preference over fine in by their own admission. No apologies for food coming an hour and 29 minutes after we ordered

The curries were good, but the naan was a bit too greasy. We also got a very dirty spoon. Otherwise, the place was very nice, with soft music and nice decorations.

Samoas were over cooked / edge of burnt. Aloogobi was very salty - unable to eat it. Butter chicken was ok. Not somewhere I would return for Indian food
