The employee at the drive thru are very rude they don’t know to behave with customer. If you don’t know how to behave why you have open up the mcd just closed it and sit at home. Every time order mc veg around 11pm they never have , only this location. Why ? When i am at barrie or Toronto they have till 12 am but this location sucks🤢

I don’t what’s happening at the midland McDonalds but omg. Every time I go there and order there is at least one thing missing from my meal, tonight it was the nuggets, try and call and of course the phone line is busy. I don’t understand how changing owners makes such a difference in the service you get. Do better

Stopped by the Midland location and the playplace was a lifesaver for the kids. The facility was clean, the service was decent, and it’s a great spot to let them burn off some energy while grabbing a bite

I wish i had an option for 0 star. I ordered 2 combos with poutine via uber eats. The restaurant was on 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel we were staying at. There was not spoon or fork to eat poutine when i received it . When i called them they said come at drive through to get the fork……? Does it make any sense? Why would i order on uber eats if I still have to walk to the store? They ruined my birthday day😤

I spent 4 minutes waiting to order and nobody came to the till as their excuse was they were busy with online orders. It is unfortunate that people have to waste their time by coming in with this type of customer service. I don’t recommend this location at all, especially for in person orders. If I didn’t have to give a rating before I could write this as it’s a definite 0 rating no stars!!!

I visited this McDonald’s at approximately 11:40 PM and requested two McVeggie burgers. The staff refused my order, stating that McVeggie is not served after 10 PM. As this is a 24-hour restaurant and the fryers were operating, I do not understand the reason for the refusal. Additionally, the customer service was unsatisfactory, as no alternative options were offered and the response was simply, “We don’t have it, sorry.”

i used to order snack wraps from here all the time but now it’s always either a hit or miss. third time getting no sauce at all and little cheese that is all at the bottom. service was nice but this time i got bacon on my wrap + no sauce + little to no cheese all at the bottom. the bacon blended in with the chicken so well i almost didn’t notice 😂 Waste of $2 though, it shouldn’t be a gamble to get the food you payed for.
Today I fumbled at the checkout. My hands were frozen after filling my car gas tank. The employee, female, older, sweet smile came around the counter and took my hands to warm the between hers. So incredibly kind. She also delivered my meal, another wonderful smile. Greatest service ever! Thanks!

Please work on properly sending the orders out in the drive through window. It is very easy to read the whole receipt, in full, to properly fulfill the order at hand. Someone who is capable needs to then be ready to ensure the order is complete and full, ready to be handed to the customer. Especially at the drive through window after you're asked to wait even longer. Just please work on being and doing better, and you won't get reviews like this.
