Almost everytime i go there, theres a problem or multiple problems with the order. Half the time its atleast a 20 minute wait. 10 minutes in line and 10 minutes waiting at the secondary or second secondary window. They may also forget about you while you sit alone at one of these outcast windows contemplating life and what you did to deserve this, while getting flashbacks of being bullied in high-school and getting stuffed into a locker and swirlied in the bathroom. Flashbacks of Vietnam and pungee traps will fill your head as you remain ousted from society with nothing but your own thoughts replaying over and over in your head. Food is standard. Staff is friendly and they give coupons for the inconvenience but Im done with this location.

Honestly one of the best mcdonalds ive ever been to, the food is cooked correctly and tastes great. Sometimes takes a little long to get the food but i promise you it is well worth it.

This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald’s. Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes. So I went inside to inquire about my order only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter. My food is ice cold. Absolutely garbage service and no nugget sauce either. Just a bunch of kids goofing around it seemed.

Went through the drive-through on multiple occasions and have had to wait more than 10 minutes. I understand sometimes things happen but tonight... went through the drive -though to grab a quick dinner. Was told to pull up to the next window and then told to pull up to the window after that (which i couldn't because someone was already parked there) and had to wait over 20 minutes. Unacceptable for a drive through. And watched as 6 other cars were told to park across the way to wait for their food. What's going on McDonald's?

Saturday afternoon (11:45am) we received awful service from a young lady serving on the head seat of drive through. We were very unhappy with the way we were spoken to at the window today and needed to share. Have more respect employees.
Live in Midland and have gone to this location multiple times. I have a severe dairy allergy and always make that clear when I order. This is my third time ordering "no cheese" and have gotten cheese every single time. My burger even had a special ticket that stipulated no cheese and they still messed it up. I ordered drive through and didn't even realize until I got home. So, there is no dinner for me tonight. Please stay away from this location if you have any modifications to your meals as you can't rely on them doing it. McDonald's doesn't have a great reputation in general, but this location is by far the worst. Again, I say have been here multiple times. Orders take 20-30min, staff wander around inside doing nothing in particular. Its almost comical watching them. They have a small handful of employees that try their best but unfortunately overall, even the owners waddle around with no speed or good intention. When service isnt speedy they hand out "free medium fry vouchers". I initially thought this was a great way to make uo for slow service. I have lived here four years and recieved multiple of these only to find out upon redemption its actually a small fry. Its been four years, update your vouchers! McDonald's has two things going for them, speed and reliability. This location has neither.
