First time visit to this little gem. What may appear as a tiny place actually packs a big punch. Greeted right away as soon as you walk in. My wife and I inquired on types and sizes of fish and were shown in each case.We ordered lightly battered fish and chips.What was impressive was the fact that the effort was clearly made to lightly batter the fish. They were not over done and they were not greasy. We made a request not to add salt to the fries of which we were happy that she had no issue. Taste of everything was on point. Will definitely come back to this location as it has been one of the best we have been to in ages. Great service, great food.

What a gem. Great halibut, great fries and home made tartar sauce. Made us Arnold Palmers with their home made lemonade and iced tea, delicious. Then we finished off the meal with the deep fried butter tart, highly recommend. The two women working were such a treat. We will be making this a regular spot to hit!

Was the worst Fish and Chips I've ever had. Fish was ok but batter was soggy with an over powering heavy grease taste, not like other places I've eaten that were good. Chips were small ends, flavorless and dry. Terrible lunch. We returned our food after eating some of it because we were really hungry. The server was nice and said she'd tell the owner but that did me no good after paying over 50 bucks for a lunch that was awful. Do not recommend this place, go somewhere else.

My family's visit to Midland Fish & Chip & Seafoods was a delight. The haddock fish and chips were top-notch, a perfect blend of crunch and succulent fish. I was impressed with the range of kid-friendly options on the menu, from tasty poutine to crispy chicken fingers and cheeseburgers, satisfying the younger members of our party. What truly elevated our experience was the excellent customer service. Not sure whether the woman serving us on July 20 is the owner, but she was kind and efficient. Her warm demeanour and prompt service made us feel genuinely welcomed. After our inquiry about the tarts on the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by her sharing about the local Butter Tarts Festival. It was a thoughtful touch that added to our experience. In short, with reasonable prices and fantastic service, this spot is well worth a visit whether you're a local or just passing through.
