I just visited the Mr Sub location on King St in Midland ( July 20 ). It was really busy at about 12:45 with 3 people ahead of me and at least 6 groups of people behind me when I was leaving!! Unfortunately there was only ONE individual working. Kudos to her - she did a wonderful job making the subs and was very courteous and respectful to all the customers. I have been in retail and customer service industry for nearly 50 years and this individual would rank as one of the best in providing a positive customer experience especially in the circumstances she was facing!! Definitely deserves recognition and a big raise!!!

Very limited topping( lettuce, tomato etc) asked for a little more but was told it would be extra money. Totally unexpectedly, poor customer service. I will NEVER eat at this location.

I ordered a sub tonight and I found the customer service to be terrible. It look me so much effort to get a smile out of the rep. There’s no music, so quiet and miserable the staff seem. Additionally the ingredient toppings are never fresh. My Louisiana Chicken reflected dark meat although it was advertised as white chicken strips. The size of the sub is so thin, you have to basically beg for a normal amount of toppings. Idk, subway beats this place any day of the week imo.
