We went to Phils for the first time for their wing special amd it was an absolute disappointment. The wings had to be sent back nc they were undercooked. Literally came out less then 5 mins from when we put the order in. The wings were not only greasy but smelt and tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as the fish. When we asked for our bill our server asked if we wanted a take out container we declined amd voiced our concerns about the wings. We ordered 30 wings and through out at least 20. No compensation was offered. Although the service was ok and the at atmosphere was good we will not be returning to Phil's any time soon

Breakfast at Phil's was delicious. Just like mom makes! I had the French toast with Fruit salad . Fruut salad was freshest salad I've had yet. French toast tasted good too w a light dusting of cinnamon . My friend had 3 eggs , sausage was great w Home cut fries and toast. 10 / 10. If your looking for a good ole fashion breakfast , Check out Phil's . Affordable and delishes ! Staff was very pleasant . Thank you for a great Breakfast, we will be back ! 👍😊

I went for the dancefloor because people have been telling me for years it's a great place to meet new people. So like the establishment and the staff are also 5/5... but I was like lets talk to some people in here since that was actually why I came and everyone was super nice 5/5.

Went there for appetizers and a drink with a friend we orderd bruschetta bread and coconut shrimp the service wasn’t the greatest as the waitress seemed extremely high she couldn’t stand still and she brought us the wrong plate of food then came back and said oh sorry I have to take that plate back I gave you the wrong dish very unprofessional never once came and asked how things were tasting or if we needed anything things else she was skipping and around and jumping up and down the stairs

An ok joint to pickup a breakfast. Interior is a little dated if that's an issue for you. My over easy eggs had uncooked egg white so get them medium. Their breakfast sausages were really good. Service was pleasant and coffee was always topped up.
Mu gal pals have been meeting here for dinner for 3 years before we go to Midland cultural center to see a play, the service is always great and the food is delicious.

The staff was absolutely amazing as it was my first time in there in 10 years…the bartender at the time ( MARY ) was not only friendly but very welcoming, prompt and profound at her job and made me feel absolutely welcome…an absolute professional…. (Charles), (Charley) , or as I called him (chuck), had finished his shift and stayed to help out and make sure Mary wasn’t alone until security arrived for there shift…amazing man with some great values, and was a great host to me making me feel welcome in the establishment….and last but not least security….Deep and Jim are probably the two most compassionate and understanding fella’s that work security I’ve ever seen working the door and patrolling the floor…true professionals…not big head or coincided…they’re very patient and try to defuse any situation rather than escalate it…in my opinion it’s one of the most professionally run establishments I’ve been in…in years! The whole staff was amazing!
