Apparently hours of business have no meaning. First try we called we were told they closed at 9:00 PM We arrived at 7:20 to be told the close at 8. We arrived at 7:14 PM today, only be told they were not busy so they closed the kitchen. Only two strikes in this game. We were excited to try and support another local business We will not return. Not a way to welcome new customers or Start a new business. A very disappointed potential customer!

Would not recommend this company was one of the hardest companies ever had to deal with since our store The Service is horrible we would like for them to get out of our store they want us to pay a huge cancellation fee when they have been in our store to stock up since February, we were closed for 3 month due to COVID contact that we were open June and still no one has come
The company that provides this coffee is at the level of a scoundrel. They set it up to automatically withdraw money from the bank and use inaccurate calculations to scam purchases and sales. Every month, a different person came and forcibly collected $160 from the bank even though I couldn't even sell 10 cups. I was provided with Christmas season coffee and returned it, but they calculated it as all sold and forcibly took $600 and have not returned it to this day. Additionally, employees who visit periodically are rough when counting the amount of coffee for sales, so they take more money each time. So, I said I would rather buy and sell the remaining coffee, so I calculated all the coffee I had sold and took it with me, then calculated the quantity of more coffee and took it from my account. There was no discussion of the repercussions... The coffee at this company is good, but the employees at the head office are all fraudsters. No matter how many times I call them and try to correct them, they show an attitude of second-guessing. No matter how good the coffee is, a company that is not sincere and does not listen to its customers will soon fail.
My favourite coffee since it’s affiliated with @gymberim Thank you!
looking forward to being part of the team
