Krishma and Anju always make us feel welcome! They are very patient as we navigate the Subway app. Our sub is made just the way we like it. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very efficient as they provide friendly service. We are regular senior visitors who appreciate good service and perks from the app. We are thankful to the diligent lovely staff!

Save your money and go to a different location. I go to subway all the time and they put a nice amount of chicken. In this location they barely put anything in the sandwich. I asked her to put a normal amount and she wanted extra money.I will never come back to this location

Great experience at Subway, Midland. Yesterday evening an employee went back inside to check ingredients for me even though I didn’t ask her to do so. She just noticed that I was a little worried about the ingredients.I really like this Subway. I am giving five star is mostly for the service. Throughout my visits to this location, Employees are very helpful and friendly. She made my day! Great food

got a subway for curbside pickup found a hair in it and when i complained abt it they offered me a refund and a free sub bt after two weeks i didnt get any refund and when i call back they said im lying for the refund. The staff and owner good no complaints about that but saying that im interpretting everything wrong is rude. no one would lie to get a refund for 15 dollars but i felt very bad.

They really need to work on customer service at this location.Not sure if it was the manager or owner working alongside the other two workers, but you really need to be changing your gloves in between customers. Clearly leading by example is not a thing here. Ever heard of Allergies or cross contamination? Public health sure wouldn’t enjoy seeing that.
