Food was terrible. Fish & chips had no flavour, coleslaw smelled nasty, the oktoberfest sausage was good but the bun was stale. The drinks and brushetta were good. Chicken Fettucini was flavourful, but didn't have enough sauce. A bit dry. Didn't complain because we just wanted to get out of there. The menu has definitely changed but not for the better. So many meals were removed from the menu. I do have to say the women's washroom was spotless. We will not be back.

A great place by the water. Depending on the season it may get busy but that is expected. Cozy if you sit on the side with no bar. "No rush" pleasant service no matter if you're there for a beer or full dinner. We have been there twice now and both times the service, the atmosphere and the food were amazing.

I was at the boathouse for dinner in August and the service was amazing! All of the food came out fantastic and the live music just added to the experience. There were so many great Cocktails as well to try. Would definitely recommend it to anyone if you are in the area and will be back!

Atmosphere great, Food really good, service non existent. Went for a birthday/engagements celebration. 30 mins to get our drink order taken, 20 more mins to order food. Food came quickly and was quite good. I went to the bar to get side plates, cutlery and napkins as only half the table had received them from the wait staff. Waters we never refilled. No Addison drinks we offered, based on the reas9n behind our visit a other 1 or 2 rounds for our table of 12 was a basic guarantee had we been asked if we needed or wanted any. I'd probably give it one more chance because of the food and atmosphere, and hopefully it would be a better experience.

What a beautiful location and fantastic food. We had a large group and they accommodated us without a problem. Even given the size of the group, the food was out quick and to perfection. The only thing I can suggest to improve on is letting customers of large groups know that there is an automatic gratuity of 18%. Because we don’t know, we ending up paying 36% - 45%.

My husband and I have been to the Boathouse a few times .. we have always enjoyed the food and the service.. but unfortunately we went today for lunch.. the server/ bartender did not come to our table for quite sometime.. when she finally did we ordered our drinks and a appetizer.. we ordered the brushetta and she asked if we wanted feta which obviously yes .. but unfortunately our meal came and no brushetta came.. so that was disappointing.. we wanted another drink but unfortunately the bartender Abby was to busy texting on her cell phone.. the mushroom burger I ordered was so dry and tasted bad.. I think the mushrooms were bad.. I didn’t finish it and kindly put a napkin over top of it as I don’t like to complain.. my husband agreed that his burger was terribly dry as well.. so to be perfectly honest the cost of the food that was terrible and the service not great we will likely not be back.. upsetting afternoon lunch out.

Pretty disappointed. Sat there for nearly 20min with my wife & daughter. Watched2 tables in the booths adjacent to us get seated, drinks & ordered their food. Not a single person came over to our table. Walked out.

We had 2 tables of a total of 19 people to celebrate my friends 65th birthday in the main room where the entertainer was performing. Service, food and entertainer were all fabulous! Last month we did thr same on the patio for anorher friend which was also awesome. Our group will continue to comeback! Oh and the staff were all so kind and accommodating!
