The food was above average. The service was terrible. We saw several servers standing around while we waited and waited for service and finally asked a server to take our order. We also had to ask for the bill. Unless you were on the patio. Unless you have a lot of time to sit and wait maybe try another spot. Too bad as the food was pretty good.
Originally made reservations for outside dining. it was quite windy with a chance of showers, even though there are large umbrellas; we asked if we could be seated inside. Thankfully there was room to accommodate our change. Thank you. There were four adults dinning and all of our meals were excellent and tasty! We ordered; steak, salmon, pasta and a burger. There is much to enjoy at the Boathouse, and the food is adequate, does not need to be better, but perhaps should show more evidence of a chef's thoughtfulness. This would make the boathouse outstanding.
