This location is scamming people. I live just down the street and will drive to a further location just to get some decent service. Always check everything before you leave because I don't remember the last time they got a single order of mine correct. They have NEVER put a vanilla shot in my coffee and have to ask for it a second time everytime at the counter after I do a quick taste test. Same with donuts. If I pre order the donut is NEVER at the counter with my food and have to ask again for it. Also how does this location NEVER have hash browns. Every single time...sorry no hash browns. This location is a horrible joke. Service is always rude when you asked for something you paid for. Like your wasting their time. If they made it right the first time I wouldn't have to be stopping you up a second time. I swear they are scammers and doing this on purpose to line their own pockets. If they are doing this to me then they are definitely doing this to other customers.... definitely boycott bay st! Worst Tims in town.

Very clean, busy Tim's. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I've worked at a few and this location is busy, fast and accurate every time I go there. Samantha the manager is one of the most accommodating staff I've met. Good job!!!

Drive through. Coffee is consistent. I got half decaf &half dark roast. They are often out of my choice of donuts as a snack. Popular . I don't go inside often . Drive through works for me. They get it right most of the time. Almost always.
