I've given up on getting a Fking coffee in the morning. Always 6-10 people in front, half the staff they need on board. It's not worth giving up my break and facing discipline for being late.

Women working the drive thru name starts with a U should be fired. Terrible customer service skills, would not refund my order that was incorrect. The scan worked at the front till but not the drive thru but she refused to have it scanned inside the stores. Also closed the window on us when we asked for her name and who to call she said I don’t know
The absolute rudest owner, yelling at customer that had complained about their order. Screamed at the customer and then banned him from the store in front of a full restaurant and line up!!!! Women on the order line who is simply old, vile and shouldn’t work with people.
