I've gone here many times and usually it's fine. But everytime this one older lady works on the frontend she's one of the rudest people I've seen to customers. I order a mobile order to the wrong store and instead of trying to figure out what happened she just rudely stated there wasn't any mobile orders and I figured out I sent it to the wrong store and when I sent it through she rolled her eyes when she handed me my order. It's only that one employee I have an issue with but she's there a lot and today was easily the rudest she's ever been.

Charlotte is an awful person and should be fired! She has the most awful costumer service I have ever experienced for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I just got off a three hr flight and got out of traffic in Toronto and wanted Tim’s.. never will be stopping here again. She just ruined my mood for my 2hrs drive home. I have never experienced such a rude person who works ‘front house’. She said the f word on shift. And was complaining the whole time we ordered. Complained to/about other costumers about their orders and requests. Eyerolls. Very over the top disrespect attitude for a person working at Tim Hortons. 10/10 would fire Charlotte if she was my employee. No napkins were provided with our food. Gosh forbid I asked her.
