So I give a high rating to this particular pet value in Midland Ontario. The service was excellent atmosphere as expected in a pet setting atmosphere. And I can’t personally say the food was great. But my dog loves it thanks.

We just went through the drive thru and not only did we have to wait a long time, only one person before us, but the did not get our order right. We ordered 2 combos, one sandwich and one chili and the forgot out bun with the chili combo. Have you tried eating the chili without the bun? They don't offer crackers anymore. I just couldn't eat it. ?
Great job everybody i come everyday to get my xtr LG dd and xtr LG tt on my bike the staff knows me and greet me with a smile evrytime fast and friendly ... and i still havent lost a coffee putting them in my upper pockets of my army jacket ;) ty all you all rock !!!

Staff should know some manners, how to use their words and they need to learn customer service. I had bad experiences three times. First I went to Tim for their new item flat bread pizza (a beard Asian man was working there didn’t know that they have on menu) I asked do you guys have flat bread pizza he told me we have pizza store beside us. (Of course I know about pizza store)then I asked again you have your new menu item right flatbread pizza! And he said we don’t sell pizza here (with rude face). I let it go on that day. Few days later when I came to know Penetang one have flatbread pizza , let me try on midland one might they have now. A woman working there told me same “we have pizza store beside us” then my husband interrupted and said ya we know but you have new item right then she said yes but not here. She was polite but words ??. Third incident, They really need to improve their customer service, specially when they are the persons whom you see first in morning for your coffee. I ordered my coffee @5:40 in morning and a man was working at counter in drive through he said “I barely hear you man!!!” Hey what that language I personally do not like it.
Change the words, learn some customer service, be polite to women (specially men). I found that two men really rude.
