The morning workers are great love this tims most of the time but the guy taking my order at the counter today around lunch time was on the phone? Speaking quietly in a different language on the phone while taking my order? And my bagel was rock hard.

I don’t know how everytime they do something wrong. I ordered grilled cheese melt and i payed for chipotle in it. The sandwich has hard cheese slices, no chipotle and burnt lettuce. It was happen with me last time also when i ordered. I don’t know what managers and supervisors are doing. Please take a initiative to improve your service.

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons, I order the egg bites (cheese and bacon) I also request that they put a piece of wax paper between the egg and the box. I never receive the wax paper between the food and the box, and as you can see from my pictures below… The egg bites stick to the box because of the cheese, then I have to peel them off the box, and scrape what’s left on the box onto my plate. Now, if you look really closely at the third picture, you can see that I’m scraping wax. I do not want to eat wax, I also don’t want my food wasted. Can we please make this a habit to put a wax piece of paper between the food in the box? Is that really too much to ask?
Best Tim Horton sin the town their orders are always accurate , less waiting times almost negligible. Moreover , the staff is very friendly nobody is rude always listen to costumers with patience and in a really professional way . Everyday I go there for my breakfast and sometimes in the evening for my coffee . The consistency of their drinks is very accurate as compared to the other Tim hor tons because I am very picky regarding my drinks . Last but not least their manager sanya she is so nice she treat the customers with so much dignity and patience. So , I will recommend everyone must give a try .

My son ordered two chicken sandwiches for lunch. When he opened the bag once he was back at work the bag contained a breakfast sandwich and a bagel with butter and some bacon. The inconsistency is becoming very consistent. Disappointing.
