Ordered two burger meals. The food quality was absolutely horrendous. The food showed up stone cold with soggy fries and two burgers that I’ve been squished so much. They look like kids burgers. Even the syrup for the pop was off. Yes we had it delivered, but we have had hot food delivered from Wendy’s in the past Without issue. This was absolutely one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had.

asked for queso and they said yes, gave me salt and pepper. went through again to ask for it kindly and they said “we don’t have that” and proceeded to say they have cheese sauce which could’ve been mentioned before, as i was ordering i was given clear attitude, the lady on the speaker was named something along the lines of “maneep” i think but couldn’t clearly read the name tag. very hostile woman at the window.
