Fries are great, had the fresh-cut, truck stop thing going on. The real attraction is the beautiful setting. Great place to stop with the family.

The bacon cheeseburger is absolutely delicious. The kids cheese burger was not good. Their fries are decent. We go every summer multiples times during our travels to Port Elgin. The prices are a bit steep, but understandable. The last time we were there the girl started taking our order then as we were speaking she started talking to someone else she was working with and completely cut us off mid sentence to speak to them about something unrelated to work… was shocking honestly. I literally said “oh okay, we weren’t speaking…” she did not catch on.

My friend and I stopped by the Burger Box recently for a post-dinner ice cream treat, and I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the servings were! The service was friendly and quick, making the experience even better. There’s plenty of seating right around the Burger Box, plus lots of picnic tables and benches nearby at the Rotary Park. It’s a great little spot to treat yourself to some delicious ice cream!

Always loved it here for the ice cream and fresh cut fries! Went back today and found out they now serve bagged fries and no longer freshly cut them. Very disappointing, will just stick to the ice cream next time.

After swim ice cream? Absolutely! And pack your appetite.
Tons of flavours and sizes to choose from. Regular cone, bowl, or even a waffle cone for a small fee! I got a medium waffle cone and they did not skimp on serving size.
The double brownie was my downfall as I fought sun and heat to consume it lest it cover me in bee-luring goodness. Victory was indeed mine but at the cost of many a hand and face washing.
There's also TONS of other food options including poutine, mozza sticks, paninis, and so much more.
A medium waffle cone is $6.75. Maybe split it. But I'll be back for another round.
Parking: Small parking lot but lots of room along the roadside to park safely

Ok, disappointed with the Nashville chicken sandwich, crappie processed chicken with a splash of hot sauce, fries were ok.
Great spot for a roadside lunch, or ice cream. Service is excellent, food is way better than you'd expect from a roadside stop. Better poutine than some restaurants.
We plan it into our trips to South Hampton both ways.
