Hire employees who care. Both girls working here clearly hate making subs. The subs I received are PATHETIC. After reading the reviews it's obvious the mangers/owners don't care either. Wont waste my money at this location again.

Seems hit or miss judging by the other reviews. In our case my roast beef and the wife's ham subs were up to par and as seniors buying the occasional subs for many decades ,sizefation has not set in.Hope our next visit is equally excellent.

Out of the last 4 visits, 3 times my wife has gotten diarrhea from the subs. We are now thinking of going to a different place for our subs.

I don’t know what the requirements and training that’s involved working at Me.Sub… I hate making a review like this but I can’t help myself. The Jr. working there was very light spoken and absolutely no confidence. Unfortunately the two subs I got suffered the consequences as well as I eating them. Highly dissatisfied it was like pulling teeth trying to get the young fella to put any more sauce on the sub. He didn’t know when to toast or bake the sub. It was the most horrible sub experience I’ve ever run into. Sure the kid gets straight A’s but he needs to learn or someone needs to teach him more.

I miss Mr Sub... I have never had a sub from any other franchise or restaurant that I've enjoyed. The location in Huntsville, Ontario disappeared & I wouldn't go to Subway if it was free!

Your portions are absolutely terrible. I ordered a fort long Louisiana chicken sandwich and the portions of chicken that I got on a foot long belong on a 6” will never overpay for this and stop coming to Mr Sub.

This was our first time at this locationWe ordered a club and a pizza sub. These are our go to subs. My husband enjoyed his. Me not so much. I've been eating the pizza sub for as long as I can remember and always the same way. I requested it to be heated. Usually I get it in the microwave so it heats through. My husband requested it through the press. Worst mistake. It was barely toasted and the inside was cold. Not cool. Ice cold. Almost frozen. So disappointing. They definitely need to turn up the pres or leave it longer.We ate in the parking lot as we were traveling so this sub didn't have far to travel before we ate them.So disappointing.

I really appreciate the customer service at the Mr Sub on King George rd in Brantford. They went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I came a little late and they could have locked their doors but chose to take my order. I was so relieved. The thing is that they didn't seem upset and actually made me feel welcome. I was told that I should get there earlier but I figured that. Great job to the 2 men that work there.
