First time eating hear as we always enjoy trying new places, at first all seemed well, large reservation came in, we understand children can be noisy but this group was beyond acceptable in a restaurant atmosphere and we weren’t even able to carry a conversation across the table…. Not to mention our server took our order and didn’t see her the remainder of the night…. The loud noise can be dealt with but the lack of service was sad to say the least and the food was ok, probably won’t go back but I’m always up for giving a second chance….. please do better wing house staff and managment….

Just ordered and when i went to pick up oreder was not there, they finally figured out it was given away and chose not too tell me whats happening then when i asked it was like i had 2 heads and the lady barked back at me THERE COMING like it was my fault, in a small tow word will get around, i will not be back , very poor customer service

Food was excellent. These are some of the best wings ever.The atmosphere is ok, and the service was ok.Unfortunately, there was a lack of service. Would have been nice to have the server to tell us about the Sundays special.... as she heard us talking about what we were going to order.... 2 lbs. or 3 lbs... and weather or not we should bet fries with the order of winds..... she even told us what the cost of the extra fries would be..... for the cost of an order of fries we decided on 3 lbs. of wings, which were great.The issue came up , on the way out, we noticed the sign that said Sunday special 2 lbs. of wings and fries for $29.75.Really. Could you not have told us.....Totally ruined the good night we were having an put a damper on the whole night.....Management..... let you servers know if you have any specials and what they are, and tell them to present them to the customer when they arrive. Goes a long way of getting repeat customers.Can ruin a good vibe night and a good dining experience when you think you been wronged and overcharged.... It make you feel even worse when you realize you gave a good tip for poor service....

Went Friday night for dinner around 6 pm. It wasn't overly busy. The restaurant is nicely decorated with good quality TVs for sports watching on all walls. Service was quick, friendly and accurate. Onion rings were excellent. Wing menu needs some additional explanation with the custom flavours.

This place is great. It's pretty consistent and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've had wings onion rings and their fries so far. The specialty rings that they make look amazing.

They have many, many different kinds of flavours for the wings, hot, spicy, sweet, or dry. I love their Pineapple/Honey wings or try some of their Mildmay Girls (wing flavour)! The same goes for their variety of Caesar Salads. If you like spicy, try their Spicy African Chicken Caesar Salad, my personal favourite. Great prices and service and their staff are very friendly. We eat here probably too often!

Saturday Sept 9th 2023 visit- Full rack of ribs with smokey BBQ sauce, ice tea, cheese cake and coffee. Unexpectedly happened upon this place while driving home after I took a wrong turn. Attentive , friendly staff and the ribs were perfect.

Surprisingly great place!! The food was delicious and very generous portions. Our waitresses was so patient as we had lot of wierd questions. She was very helpful and happy to help. We enjoyed our time and will be back for sure. We recommend Wing house!!!

Very limited menu, place is busy but like remote towns your options are limited. Wing plates looked plentiful however anything outside of that is limited. "Grocery store quality frozen patties" and buns are not what I looke forward to paying decent money for.Did nothing to want me to come back and try other options next time.*Edit so the proprietors know I'm talking about the quality of what they serve. Your buns and frozen burgers are the same thing I can buy at Foodland* offer something better at the very least different.

Very good food but after a year and a half since opening I did not realize there was an 18% gratuity charge when there is 7+ people and was not notified until the bill but they handled it very well and gave us our “tip back.” Just posting a review to let everyone else know about this. Only in Mildmay, not mandatory as a chain restaurant.
