Very cute place, a renovated old building with lots of the charm preserved. Haven’t had a chance to try their food, will return for sure.

Lovely location, eating on the patio. Great food and great service.
Went twice - once for mid-day coffee and pastries, and tonight for dinner. Very happy both times with the quality of food and service.
Millbrook isn’t big, which makes it even more impressive that a place like the Peddler can survive. Be aware that it’s a small place and won’t feel like other big restaurants. But for what it is, it is very good. (Wagyu steak and black garlic creamed potatoes were excellent).
Took a detour to grab a bite in Milbrook and this was the best food we had awhile.
So glad we visited and you should too!
The people who worked here were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely ambience.

Stopped in on a bike ride to refuel but realized my credit card had expired and I didn’t have another way to pay. Despite that, the kind staff made sure I had what I needed to continue on my way - a snack, coffee, and water refill - which was much appreciated. Good place. Good people. Thank you!
This place is not like it used to be. We will not be returning after our last visit. They have phased out their pasties since the baker quit last week and are transitioning to more of restaurant style. It is not a good place to go for coffee and pastry anymore. Three of us ordered black coffee ($4) and a scone ($4) each (the only options were a muffin or a scone). The subtotal was $24 and with tax it came to $27.12. We ordered plain drip coffee and no refills were offered. For $4, usually at least one refill is offered. We looked at the limited breakfast options but they were far too pricey.
I love the food and atmosphere here. The staff are super-duper also.
Highly recommend. Great restaurant in Millbrook, friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. The menus had recently changed and perhaps a little confusing trying to figure out which applies depending on time of day but food was unique and quality was great. We did find ourselves missing some of the past dishes and maybe some simple appetizers but understand the need to update.
Great meals and sweet things, good people.
