I've decided to stop going to the Millbrook Subway location after my last visit. My last few orders, whether online or in-store, have been incorrect. The staff is unfriendly and lacks attention to detail, often adding toppings I didn’t want or forgetting the ones I did. Over the past week, the quantity of toppings has decreased, leaving me with little more than bread for my sub or just rice in my bowl. I’ve noticed that the usual local staff are no longer there, which might explain the decline in service and food quality.

The subs and the staff are always amazing. Today in particular was the best. Staff were very nice, took their time with my order but not too slow, got through a decent line in about 5 minutes. 10/10, the staff here make it better???
