This was embarrassing and exhausting to witness. We had guests over and ordered pizzas from 241 Pizza Milton, thinking it’s a safe option. Instead, they delivered burnt, plain cheese pizzas when specific chicken flavors were ordered with extra cheese. No flavor, no toppings, just disappointment. The worst part wasn’t even the food. It was the waiting and attitude. My family member drove back to the branch after customer support promised replacement pizzas in 20 minutes. He reached on time and was told to wait another 45 minutes, with zero apology. The store wasn’t even busy. Then customer support started passing responsibility back to the store, and the store pushed it back to customer support. One agent even hung up instead of resolving the issue. Watching someone be treated like this after paying full price was frustrating. Everyone waited, plans were ruined, guests were uncomfortable, and no one at 241 Pizza cared. This wasn’t a one-off delay. It was pure incompetence mixed with arrogance. If you value your time or dignity, avoid this place.

Ordered an XL pizza on Friday, October 31, Halloween night as well as Game 6 of the World Series. I placed my order for an XL Canadian pizza at 330pm, for delivery between 730-8 that evening. 4+ hrs lead time. There was a group of us getting together to watch the game. At approximately 830, my order was cancelled. Here's the reason: Thanks for waiting. Upon checking here, the order items were out of stock, causing your order to be canceled, and there were no substitutes available.
What a joke!! Won't ever be using 241 Pizza again! Skip or otherwise!!
