Absolutely amazing experience at Bakhtar Kabab – Afghan Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. The kababs were perfectly cooked, tender, and full of rich Afghan spices. Portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the service was quick and professional. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great place for families and friends.
Highly recommend Bakhtar Kabab if you’re looking for delicious Afghan food and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean restaurant with free parking. They only take cash or debit. I had the mixed kofta — great taste and amazing bread, though the chicken was a bit spicy. The portions of rice and salad were smaller than expected for the price compared to other Afghan spots.

One of our favourite places to go for afghani food, tried many other similar restaurants and this one always hits.
The seasoning on the kofta’s and perfectly cooked lamb chops never fail to disappoint. HIGHLY recommend this place when you’re feeling a meaty feast.

I can't believe I haven't given this place a review yet.
Used to be one of my regular lunch spots back in 2015 - 2021 when I worked in the area and finally had a chance to go back there today
A) they've renovated and the place looks great!
B) the food is STILL fabulous, super tasty, and affordable. Nice to know the consistency is there ya know!
Highly recommend this place.
My go to is the chicken breast meal. The meat has a great flavor, perfectly grilled, and the sauces are an excellent compliment to the dish.
The rice is sooooo good too
And the fresh baked naan, don't even get me started.....I suggest ordering an extra naan to go!
So happy to see the large lineup of customers despite the crazy construction on the street in front of them.
