What a wonderful place! When I came in, staff was super welcoming and patient with me! When I finally decided what I wanted, Gurleen loaded my burrito! It was so full in fact- it broke and when I asked for a bowl, she gladly gave it to me. They were so accommodating, the food was wonderful, the place was clean and the vibes were immaculate. Will definitely be coming back:)P. S. Thank you Gurleen and Raman for the churro!

I just love their quesadillas. I am not a huge fan of Mexican food but it’s a must visit restaurant. The staff is very friendly and render us with the best suggestions they had and liked. I highly recommend this BarBurrito location.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and a burrito wrap that was refrigerator cold (I live only a 5 min drive away) and tasted awful. The bowl had more beans than the actual chicken for it to even be called a ‘chicken burrito’. They are extremely skimpy on the meat portions here. That’s not even the worst of it - when I called to complain the manager (Kushal) promised that I could receive a new order for free the next time I come in and requested I give them another chance. So, we went after a few weeks to give this location another try but Kushal went back on his word and said he would only give the burrito for free and not the bowl. He also insisted that we cannot leave a bad review after we went back and forth on this. The manager will basically attempt to buy your silence by handing out a free burrito and will demand you to not leave a bad review in exchange. During this second visit his demeanor was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. The rest of the staff also cannot communicate without getting 3 people’s opinions. Please note, It was never about receiving free food instead it’s about the service and quality of food that detracted from the overall experience.
Extremely poor customer service and the manager need a a lesson on how to speak to and treat people with respect. I had gotten a burrito bowl and regular burrito with my sister. By the time we had gotten home, we live literally 7 minutes away, the food was fridge cold. We had called and complained and Kaushal (the manager) had promised our order next time would be comped and given for free. I went in today and was treated very poorly, Kaushal went back on his word and said he’s only willing to give one item for free and then had the audacity to tell me he’s not going to give me the one item if I put a bad review. He was trying to silence me for a burrito?? He was very disrespectful and condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. Highly highly recommend against this place, someone who treats customers this way and thinks false reviews can be bought is not someone who’s business should be supported.

Staff needs to at least pretend they're happy. The guy working gives off vibes so if dreading life.Not sure if his sad tears are what makes my burrito bowl taste so much better though because the food is pretty damn good.10/10 would recommend, extra side of tears

The staff working were pretty rude and super unwelcoming, and not accommodating to requests every other bar burrito i’ve been to does for me. The 2 girls working gave me dirty looks when I came in and continued to throughout my order, when I was being very polite. The food was fine, but I definitely won’t be returning to this location as it was a pretty uncomfortable, unpleasant experience.
