I came into Baskin Robbins to order a customized cake, and Fatima was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and even gave me a few helpful suggestions. Thanks to her, I ended up with the perfect cake for my daughter. Her friendly and attentive service made the experience so much easier and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and someone who genuinely cares about helping you get exactly what you need!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this ice cream shop for years, but my recent experience was appalling. Upon entering, instead of a friendly greeting, the rude Indian girl at the counter bluntly stated, “We close soon.” While my mom and I were browsing flavours, she interrupted us twice—first asking if we were ready (while we were visibly discussing our choice) and then snapping, “Let’s hurry this up; we close in a few minutes.” For context, it was only 9:40—20 minutes before closing time. Her attitude throughout was terrible—no smile, no manners, just pure rudeness. To make matters worse, when her friends or family came in shortly before closing, she greeted them warmly with a big smile and excellent service, the complete opposite of how she treated us. This was beyond unprofessional and ruined the experience for me.

Always have a great experience when I come to this Baskin Robbins. They are always so kind and patient with my daughter, no matter how long she takes to order her ice cream lol We ordered a unicorn cake recently for her 5th birthday and I was so impressed with how good it looked! Will definitely be coming back for cakes in the future :)

We ordered an oreo ice cream cake from baskin robins but had them make some small changes such as the colour of the icing (from white to blue) and to add the cake topper and stitch figure (which I provided). The cake came out exactly how we wanted and my daughter loved it!

My experience at this location was quite disappointing. My wife and kids wanted to enjoy some ice cream, so we chose this place. While we were browsing the flavors and my kids were excited, the employee who served us was impatient and seemed annoyed by our decision-making process as well she spoke to her colleague in their language and looked towards us.Despite there being enough of a particular flavor for both an adult and a child’s scoop, the employee insisted there wasn't enough. This made us feel rushed and ruined our family tradition on a hot summer night. As a result, we will likely look for another place for our ice cream outings in the future.

Being a regular B&R customer, I must say that a particular employee at this branch is clearly rude and impolite.
This is specific to the experience with a particular employee who was in the shift @5pm on 3rd July.
Fundamental principle of customer service, You don't instruct customers, rather request them!
Not sure how she expects a customer to look at the flavors of ice cream cake without opening the door of the fridge, when there is condensation all over the freezer glass.
Appreciate if B&R train the employees with basic etiquettes of using the word PLEASE and THANK YOU!

We visited on a Friday afternoon with our two boys for an afternoon treat. It was surprisingly quite busy as there was constantly a flow of customers coming in and out picking up orders and cakes. We had ordered two cones with the kids scoop for the kids and then me and my husband shared a sunday. In total it came to about $20 and the staff are really nice. We ate inside the restaurant that was nice to see so many patrons come in. Highly recommended location for kids.
