The cake that was ordered was supposed to be one layer of one flavour of ice cream and the second layer was another flavour, instead they made ½ the cake one flavour and ½ the other. Nonetheless it was delicious.

I came into this location earlier to purchase a cake and the lady working the daytime shift was so uninviting and was on her phone, I left the store without purchasing anything because of her poor customer service. I ended up returning late in the night out of desperation and the nighttime staff was so friendly. The blonde lady and two brothers welcomed me and wrote on the cake despite it being 10 minutes after closing. they where even letting people dine in!!

Had a great time laughing with the staff; I have been coming to this location for the past few weeks, and have noticed two blonde young women provided excellent service. Although the day manager appears to be a bit abrasive and disengaged from providing service due to her phone usage, those two provided excellent service overall, particularly to the tardy workers.

Teenage workers at this location are rude and entitled. Quality has seriously gone down hill and would not recommend going to get ice cream from this half @$$ed location such as this. Apparently they have very anti consumer policies in place such as skimping on ice cream but ensuring they charge you a ridiculous price for it.

Bad service from employee, it was 10:12 pm and the blonde woman said we are closed 12 min ago . I asked website says 10:30 , and if u r close why the sign say open ?? She said well we have to go home too . And u can choose one ice cream only . As we are cleaning we pack everything . I understand but you are In service industry, either close the store or if you decided to stay open , give the professionals service . Bad attitude, and the scoop size is smaller too

The icecream is alright, one of the few options for icecream around milton... The staff service is not the best. No welcoming just a can I help who's next ?.. not sure if I'd go back...The atmosphere is alright, can get busy.
It’s easy for a place to feel cold and unexciting when you walk in on Easter Monday and find it empty. This location having employees like Michelle and Richlove saved me from such an experience.They welcomed me with smiles the moment I walked in and both worked together to get my order up immediately. They both brought a kind, selfless energy to work and made me feel welcome.It says a lot that you’ve read so far and don’t even know how my ice cream was (it was great).
