The staff are great, the place is clean. I drove to this place from Oakville bec I had a craving for beavertail. I got the plain one, the one with a slice of lemon. Seems like the quality of the product is not the same anymore. It gotten thinner so when they fried the dough and gave it to me, it was a little crunchy. I didn’t like my beavertail crunchy. The quality is not the same anymore. Although the staff were nice, I didn’t come to this place for the staff, I came for the food so if I want a beavertail again, I won’t be going to this place

The other night, me and my friend finished a shift very late and we head to this beavertails and the woman working there, Manjeed, did an amazing job!! God bless her, she put extra gravy and cheese on the three poutines we ordered and was very sweet towards us. I hope every time I go there, she is there to greet us. Such a kind soul and perfect service!

Came to BeaverTails around 10:10 and got my food at 10:40. The worker was alone and rushed my order. The food was rock hard and cold. The worker doesn't understand Engish either made it difficult to tell him.
