I just had an extremely disappointing experience at this Booster Juice location. The person working there did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact, no interaction at all. I stood there waiting for quite a while, expecting basic customer service, and was completely ignored.
Even with the customers he was already helping, there was no communication. He wore an expression of disinterest and almost disgust the entire time, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of the lack of proactiveness and professionalism, I was genuinely concerned about the hygiene standards. He was handling cash with his bare hands and then went straight to touching utensils—without washing his hands or using gloves. The utensils themselves didn’t even look clean.
This level of service and lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable for any food and beverage establishment. Really hoping this gets addressed.

The management is absolutely terrible. The manager is extremely rude and clearly has no care for the job or the staff. The staff is very nice there, it is just the management that gave me a poor time.

I sometimes go here after visiting the gym, and the smoothies here are so good. After finishing it, you wish It didn't finish. The only issue is it's a bit overpriced, but otherwise, I would recommend

I showed the manager my barcode and he got annoyed and asked me what drink I'm getting like I'm stupid: I asked him if he's the manager and he said yes is there a problem. I asked for the customer service phone number which he directed me to check Google for it. I then explained to him that every time I visit he is extremely rude and he responded "he finds me extremely rude and they don't run on my time". Never have I ever been talked to like this by someone who is a manager running a business. Will not be returning and I advise strongly to visit another location.
Just waited 25 min for a drink, please hire staff. You are understaffed.
