Extremely terrible customer service. I showed the manager my barcode and he got annoyed and asked me what drink I'm getting like I'm stupid: I asked him if he's the manager and he said yes is there a problem. I asked for the customer service phone number which he directed me to check Google for it.
I then explained to him that every time I visit he is extremely rude and he responded "he finds me extremely rude and they don't run on my time". Never have I ever been talked to like this by someone who is a manager running a business. Will not be returning and I advise strongly to visit another location.

Came in to get a juice as I do every day from here and the clown working is on his phone in the customer area at 7pm and doesn’t want to work so he says “we’re only doing smoothies now”Literally clown of an employeeI feel bad for the ownersconstant and continuous horrible service. The staff dont care and neither do the owners.You can go in anywhere from 15 - an hour before closing and be denied to be made a juice - which you are paying $10 for.Ridiculous to say the least and the owners will not ever care or do anything about it - or even reply to the reviews.A Very simple - common sense solution.Either A - SERVE THE ITEMS YOU ADVERTISEor B - ADVERTISE THAT YOU DONT SERVE THOSE ITEMS DURING THOSE TIMES

I’m a pregnant woman who stopped by Booster Juice— a store I visit regularly & always shop from to ask to use the bathroom at 9am & the guy working denied me the bathroom.Chances are if he let me use the bathroom I would’ve bought my drink after the fact, but he flat out denied despite seeing how pregnant I was.This happened this past week & I hate to go around leaving bad reviews, but I’m still upset, because who does that? To a pregnant person especially.
