My boyfriend and I visited on Thursday, December 18 around 8:00 PM. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took close to 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged at the host stand and seated. After being seated, we waited another 10 minutes before our server came to greet us. When she finally did, we ordered our appetizers, drinks, and main courses all at once.
Our appetizers arrived before our drinks, which still hadn’t come out. After that, we didn’t see our server again for about 30 minutes and had to look for another staff member just to get our drinks refilled. Our main courses took over 45 minutes to arrive after the appetizers. When it was time to pay, we once again had to search for our server.
Overall, the service was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless you’re prepared to be ignored by the staff.

My partner and I visited on a Sunday evening, and the restaurant was nearly empty. From the moment we were seated, the experience felt off. The floor beside our booth (see attached photo) was covered in used utensils, garbage, and crumbs, which was unacceptable.
It took about 15 minutes before a server came to our table. We ordered an appetizer and our main courses. It took approximately 25 minutes for the spinach dip to arrive, and it was very underwhelming. Strangely, less than five minutes later, our main dishes were brought out.
My partner’s mac and cheese was essentially soup—completely inedible (see attached photo). It was shocking that this was considered acceptable to serve to paying customers. Our server was inattentive and seemed unconcerned that we paid and left with roughly 70 percent of our food untouched.
It’s disappointing to see that other reviews describe similar experiences, with no meaningful improvements being made. This business seriously needs to reflect on its standards and show basic respect for its customers!!

Overpriced food. Poor quality. Server was not very good. 15%tip added. Paid by cash. He then asked how much change I wanted. He just charged 15points. Told him I want all my change. We all asked for water. Never came till end of dinner when I went to the bar to get some. Never go there. I don't think they care. I know 20people who will never go back.

The food tasted good..decent portions but our main dish arrived before the appetizer. And 2 people in our group waited a VERY long time for their meal. We had to track the waiter down several times to ask for stuff like more drinks and napkins.. he didn't come by to ask if anyone needed anything. It wasn't very busy, it was Sunday and we were there around 3pm. I like Boston pizza but probably wouldn't go back to this location
