Fruit flies flew around us during the entire meal, worst fish tacos ever, hardly any fish, dirty floor, 2 /4 stalls in ladies bathroom don’t close. A very disappointing experience. We will never go back!

Came here for dinner midweek with my family, it wasn't too busy, but you'd think the place was packed with how we were treated. Server did not seem to know pretty basic things, but I don't think she was new based on how she talked. No awareness from her, multiple times tried to get her attention, including attending in the middle of a near empty restaurant, you'd think would trigger her to wonder what's up, but nothing. Brought the largest spoon ever for a 2 year old to use, didn't ask about empty drinks or if we wanted water, some other stuff I can't even remember now, but I felt like it could have been serve yourself and I'd have a better experience. I wasn't trying to listen to other tables but seemed like the one beside us also had issues with the server. Honestly, I think it might just be poor management and training as well. Food was ok, I've definitely had better, even at other BP. I don't think I'll be returning.

August 31/2025. Server clerk 65 was slow. From the time we got in everything was slow. With only 6 families in the dinning hall, one would think it would be fast service. But took almost 20 minutes to take our order. We ordered 4 drinks and a small two topping pizza. How does that turn out to be almost over an 1 hour wait? Server not once showed up to ask how we were doing, didn't ask if we wanted anything else, or just a genuine greeting. This place needs new management badly and the team needs training on customer service. The pizza was good. But one should avoid this establishment at all costs.

Sunday around 11:10 Morning we came to this location and we wait for almost 10 Minute no one came to give us any response. We came to order for takeout. I called them. I saw people work on the kitchen. I saw them and I asked them very loud. Hi can anyone help me first I thought maybe restaurants is close but I saw door is open. People are inside but they don’t want to respond for the customers if you guys are not open 11 o’clock why are you putting on the website open and you’re not responding to the customer? Even the Hear me Still did not came to take my order it was first time I saw this type of restaurant that they saw customer and they don’t wanna take their order .

If one star was an option. Party of 40 booked in advance (for staffing reasons) and it took 1h23 min to get pop at the table. Food took an extra hour. Had to ask for pitchers of water and it took 20 minutes. The restaurant was NOT busy as this was 8:30pm arrival. Mediocre food. Slow service.

I’ve always loved BP, but unfortunately this isn’t the best location. The food can be good, but the service is consistently very slow. I don’t blame the servers at all—they’re friendly and doing their best—but it’s clear the restaurant needs more staff to keep up.
