I had stopped visiting the Boston Pizza Milton location three years ago due to consistently poor service under the previous management. However, after learning that it had been renovated and was now operating under new management, I decided to give it another chance and visited last night.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant did not appear to be adequately staffed, with only one bartender responsible for covering the entire sports bar. As a result, tables were left uncleared after customers had departed, and it took nearly 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by staff. While the bartender was doing their best, it was clear that this was a failure on management’s part to ensure sufficient staffing.
Additionally, despite the renovations, the persistent issue of fruit flies remains a problem, both in the sports bar area and the washrooms. This reflects poorly on the establishment’s overall cleanliness and upkeep.
While I will continue to patronize Boston Pizza, this location will no longer be an option for me. Instead, I will visit the BP in North Burlington (Dundas/Appleby), which is consistently well-managed and provides exceptional service. It’s a clear example of how a Boston Pizza location should operate.

The ravioli is very creamy and the cheese was stretchy. We ordered bourbon bbq chicken pizza and it was kind of sweet but it suits our taste. We also ordered the triple play and we really liked the cactus cut potatoes and the sauce that came with it was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and soothing.
