Every time I come into Boston Pizza Milton a Friday night for a dinner with my kids they say the dinning area is closed and want to send us to the Bar, which is noisy and very uncomfortable for kids. We have tried to come in at different times and the staff is very dismissive and just say: «only the bar is open », and clearly they have people in the dinning area and available tables!!! Today they just said: « Really? You don’t like the bar? ». NEVER going again!!

Refuses to give t4 to employees, (as of today, 2 months past the required filing date). Blocks their numbers and refuses calls. Holds back tips from the servers and does not pay them on time. Absolutley deplorable. Report has been filed with CRA

Sad to say that we have stopped visiting this location and we live in Milton. We now take a little trip to the Oakville location instead. The location has been declining in the past 2 years and doesn't seem to be changing for the better. They're always out of something we order and most times the food is just barely warm. We would love to start visiting this location again but it needs a change.

Went there for my daughters birthday and we ordered chicken fettuccine with AlfredoSauce and they came with marinara sauce.When we asked why the waitress said oh you have to ask . LolThe menu says Alfredo sauce .Ordered ginger ales were brought Diet Cokes.They brought out a birthday dessert but said they had no candles .Went Tuesday on the March break at 5 pm so it wasn't busy .Was only two other families there .Save your money and pass this place by.
Our visit was horrible at the Milton location. Our food was cold. The gravy was solid. The server kept disappearing for 20mins at a time. The hostess kept going to sit down and often was not aware or present when customers walked in. I spoke with the Manager on duty who stated she had no idea this was happening. We informed her that an individual entered the restaurant, approached the front and waited for 10mins before walking to the bar area. They then returned to the front. With no staff in sight, they approached the kitchen and left with a box. Hopefully they were picking up a delivery item. While the Manager offered us free food it was a very disappointing visit.

My family visited Boston Pizza this past weekend and we decided to split nachos between three of us. There was a choice of “Serves 3” and “Serves 5”. We opted for the larger portion.But when the nachos came out, we had to ask if we were given the smaller option instead, because it was a very chintzy portion. The server (who was very nice) insisted that this was BP’s nachos for five people, which we were shocked by.We also pointed out that there was almost no beef at all, which he agreed with and went to get us extra beef to sprinkle on top. I really wish I had thought to take photos because words cannot accurately describe the ridiculous lack of beef.The nachos also came with a very small cup of salsa that would be sufficient for one diner, not three and certainly not five. We quickly needed more.As we ate the nachos (which were underwhelming in terms of flavour), I could see that there was no possible way this would be enough even for three, so I backed off and let my wife and son finish it.We were still hungry after this “nachos for 5” failed to satisfy three people, so we also ordered the garlic fries appetizer.The bill came and we were shocked to see a charge for the extra salsa. The serving it came with was perhaps 1/8th (at most) of a standard jar of salsa. How could this be the salsa portion for a serving of five?!The server removed the charge on that.To sum up:• The food taste was just okay.• The food portion was laughable. I guess this is BP’s version of “shrinkflation”.• The spoonful of beef meant we were paying nearly $22 for chips, cheese and some shredded greens.• The extra charge for salsa is an absolute joke.• The server was great… I give him 4-stars only because I can’t help but still question if he wasn’t mistaken and gave us the “Serves 3” size. But other than that he provided 5-star service.We’ve been to Boston Pizza numerous times before and never before had any complaints. So I’m not recommending that you avoid BP, but I am suggesting you avoid their nachos.

Great tasting food as always, but portions have gotten smaller ever since new ownership. Ie: cactus chips used to fill half the plate, now just a small portion. Garlic bread is now a small half piece, and before it was two larger peices. If portions were same as before, I'd give it 5 stars

Used to be our go to restaurant. Everything looks and feels old in there, food needs major improvement from taste, texture, choices of combinations and quality. Old salad, water with black spec in it, food with no taste.
