You honestly can't leave without trying the Ube Cake—it’s incredibly moist and has that genuine yam flavor without being sickly sweet. I also grabbed a few Ensaymadas (cheese brioche) for breakfast; they were super fluffy, though I wouldn't have minded a tiny bit more topping. Just a heads up: the shop is small and popular items like the pork empanadas sell out fast, so don't wait until just before closing to visit.
If you haven't tried Bread and Butter Bakery in Milton yet, you are missing out. Their empanadas are some of the best I've had, and the pastries are light, flaky, and flavorful. It’s clear they take pride in what they bake. A total 10/10!
