Despite its slogan, the food was not fresh. The buns were stale, and it was clear that they had been reheated. The onion rings were undercooked and had to be returned so I had to ask for a replacement.
This is not the first time this has happened. During my previous visit, I experienced a similar issue but assumed it was a one-off and chose not to leave a review. Unfortunately, the same problems occurred again today.
Considering that the burgers are not inexpensive, paying $12 for a burger with reheated buns and undercooked onion rings is not worth it. I will not return to this location again.

Managers customer service is lacking put the customer first just because your closing the store in 10 minutes at 7pm because a lack of staff doesn’t mean a regular customer shouldn’t sit down to eat.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. There was a promotion for a combo with a free sandwich, but my 13-year-old son ordered just a sandwich because the employee never mentioned the deal to him. When I arrived to pick up the order and asked to change it to the combo, the employee told me she “can’t access the system” and refused to help in any way.
The store was completely empty, and it was obvious that the two employees simply did not want to work or take any extra steps to assist a customer. This is unacceptable, especially when a child is involved and the staff doesn’t bother to explain the available offer.(Staff was 2 girls )

I had a very disappointing customer experience today. After purchasing two combos, I returned to politely ask for some tap water to fill my son’s bottle. I was abruptly told that they “don’t have tap water” and was instructed to purchase bottled water instead.
The response and attitude were unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering that any restaurant should have access to safe, drinkable tap water. Whether the staff member genuinely believed the water was unsafe— which is concerning—or simply chose not to help, the interaction left a negative impression.
I hope management reviews this feedback and provides proper customer service training to their staff. Basic courtesy goes a long way, and this experience fell well below reasonable expectations.

Whats happened to this place ? The steak sandwich had no meat in it . I was eating just a bun . Spend 19 dollars for a bun and very little meat. What a waste of money. I told the manager if they forgot to add meat and just angered me. Never again I'm bringing my family to eat here .
