Ordered the juicy Lucy on fire and it was not seasoned at all. The sauce was on the corner and spilled right out. Please season your burgers and sauce in the center.
Good burgers, but the customer service was terrible. Our child is allergic to sesame, and although they provided a sesame-free option previously, this time they wanted to charge extra—and even raised the price for the sesame-free bun from $1 to $1.50 after initially quoting $1. Staff were unhelpful and rude, especially the one who is there all the time. Disappointed and frustrating experience for someone who visits this place regularly.
