The Biryani’s are AMAZING, Mouth Watering & rightly cooked!!!! Loved it. Mostly, we love to eat food from the restaurants. So, we have tried different restaurants and the only place my hearts calls out to get BIRYANI is from ZAUQ (MILTON) every single time. Their other delicious dishes & deserts are also Butter chicken, Paya, Kheer, carrot halwa last but not the least Authentic Pakistani Haleem.

The food might be good but the service and timeliness of orders is horrible. Ever since I’ve lived in Milton (14+ years ) I’ve supported their business but today after ordering 3 rolls and waiting 68 minutes for them was ridiculous. If you’re trying to get your food in time just don’t order here.

My wife and I moved here in 2023. We have tried many places in the area that specializes in middle eastern/ Indian cuisine and Zauq is by far the best we’ve had. Food is amazing and the price is even better. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.Keep up the great work Ali!!!
This is not a review for the food but the people who work there. I just witnessed one of the best customer service I have seen in a long while. I fo not speak the language but a customer was filled with rage and shouting . It seems as if he thought he ordered from the Milton location when in fact he ordered from the Mississauga location. He was ranting and raging and the young man was trying to calm him down while keeping his own cool. He was trying to obviously explain the error but the customer was still very upset . The female worker then interceded and very calmly explained again. The customer was still heightened but her very calm demeanour got the better of him and he went outside to cool off. It sounds like he was not willing to go to Mississauga so the order was cancelled there but they were going to remake it in Milton. Cinders (I think that’s her name) and the young man should DEFINITELY be given a shout out for the way they let their composures and handled this very irate customer. I Joe a manager sees this and give the some deserved praise.

I have seen cafe zauq many times walking to circle k and have been interested so i decided id finally order since i had a deal on doordash. I ordered the channa masala and two naan. keep in mind i live in the corner of bronte and main i am not even a 5 minute WALK let alone a 1 minute drive and both the naan and the channa masala were cold????? how ?? i dont know! asides from it not even being slightly warm clearly showing what i got was last night's leftovers, it was drenched in oil!!! never have i been one to complain about chilli oil but its like a soup! i couldn't even eat a quarter of it before i felt sick to my stomach. really disappointed.

I ordered behari kebab but they were under cooked no raita chutney was found.ordered 2 puri paratha extra ,one was complimentary so together if should be 3 but I only found 2 ,upon asking he said you only order 1 ,I checked my receipt twice which clearly saying 2 puri paratha ,frozen chi Tikka in combo .it's my 1st worst experience with cafe zauq .it's not that I am ordering first time but surely my last time.
