Really disappointed with the service. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional behaviour.

The food was okay, but honestly, the bad attitude ruined the whole experience.

I didnt order anything just went inside to ask about chai but was dealt in the most rude manner possible. This was the first time i decided ro try this place. In the last 6 months the guy at the counter has received multiple 1 stars for his rude behavior. Why has this not been solved during all this time? I went in to politely ask about the type of tea. Kindly look into this matter. I was dealt in harsh tone and loud voice. Im a medical doctor not his servant. Thanks

This place is like second home. My go to food is always Vada Pao and Elaichi Masala Tea. Not only the owner is empathetic but also very knowledgeable. He shares all details in terms of what kind of spices we as customer wants, ingredients etc. as for me, I always used to eat without onion mild spice Vada Pao and he I used to love the way he makes it. He even goes extra mile to ensure that if he is not present, he guides people working on how to make it.

In short, he remembers his customer’s preferences and every single time ensures they receive best fresh food.

For me, it’s home and having elder brother presence.

Everything about a restaurant comes down to its service. I believe the person serving at the counter is still in his own world and doesn’t care much about customer service. I’m new here in Milton and was looking for some chaat options, but I decided not to buy because the person at the counter was very rude and unfriendly.

guy @ front was very very miserable, ZERO customers service, either he’s forced to work for less money or he’s sick, either way very bad energy to be around especially when direct contact with customers

Food chat papdi was good , burger ( best selling ) was not good at all and now service it was a bit rude customer service needs to be with a happy face not with rude replies I guess was not worth it for $20

Very very delicious and exactly the way we like chaat papri. And delicious falooda. Fresh and very tasty and very good portion. Definitely will be coming back if we are in that area.

The best chaat n Paan restaurant in Milton! Their chaat papri is the best. I am a repeat customer. I have tried their samosa chaat and gol gappay as well, really love the authentic taste of their menu items. Also ordered their dahi bara party tray, their prices are very reasonable and multiple options available in party tray sizes. A MUST TRY!

Ok food but there is some negative energy about the guy at front.

Tried Chaat, Falooda & Paan. Chaat is actually good. Falooda is not Rabri based & has a weird aroma/smell to it. Paan is just ok'ish. There are better paan places in GTA.

We would probably go back for Chaat but the customer service holds us back. Maybe he does not mean it but the guy lacks general respect & weirdly does not like it if you inquire about the food, ingredients etc just to get an idea about what to order.

We ordered few dishes bhel, gol gappa, paubhaji.
OMG!! Place stink of old food, Food are smelly, seems like made day before.even food stink. We tried this place as based in Milton. But we never ever will go this place. Place and food really stink.
