Great atmosphere and great staff. I go here regularly when i'm in the area.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Tonight my son spilled his full cup of hot chocolate making a mess on the floor and table just minutes after receiving it. The staff cleaned it up thoroughly and brought him a complimentary new hot chocolate which turned his sadness to happiness. Thank you to the staff at Chai Social. You're the best!

Great service

You don't get value for your money any more at this place. They have jacked up the prices in the new year and decreased portion sizes or taken away sides including the mini portion of fries from the their wraps. At this price point you would expect a well maintained eatery, but the bathroom is rundown, the furniture is showing wear. The tray and garbage station is deformed. They have some good tasting offerings, but again this isn't the 2000s any more there is enough competition in GTA at places you get value for your money and establishments are well maintained. Me and my friends rarely go to Chai Social.

Went on a weekend afternoon. Place was mostly quiet. Got chai which was okay-ish, did not get a chance to try more things as we had to leave urgently. Will go back again to try more things on the menu!

Their chai tastes different everyday and they don't clean the tables and seats. The quantity of the food they give for the price they charge is ridiculous. The guy who works over the counter is rude.
