If you want to Bowl, go to Classic Bowl. Champs is terrible, service is lacking, managers are under trained, the staff do their best but there is not enough of them. Half the lanes either don't work or have problems. The last time I went my lane did not work at all and could not be fixed, I paid with Credit card and the manger is so under qualified that she could not reverse my payment so she paid me in cash, I barely got an apology and absolutely zero effort was put in to trying to make a bad situation better. We then sent the General manger a complaint email and no compensation was offered there, in fact, he did not even bother to respond to the email at all. Champs used to be a great place to go spend an evening..... that has certainly changed. Won't be back.

My first time ever at champs and probably the WORST experience ever ! For starters we got there and where I reserved 2 lanes for the party I thought I was having (10 people ) unfortunately 9 showed but only 6 actually bowled so we asked to just have one lane for the 2 hours I booked instead of two since we wouldn’t be using they agreed and gave me a credit for one lane ( gift card ) we used that gift card to purchase game cards … we had to stop bowling at least 10 times as our lane kept freezing so the last 20 mins they moved us to another., in that time my 6 year old daughter and 16 year old niece went off to play games , they ran out of money in their card so I sent them with the gift card to purchase what they could with whatever is left , in error my 6 year old suggested she wanted a 50.00 game card so KNOWING how much was on the card ( not enough for 50.00) the clerk proceeded to charge so when I went back to check on the girls , they said there isn’t enough money so I asked how much she said that the girls wanted a 50.00 points card I said oh no let’s get 30 ( enough of what the card can get ) they said no a 50.00 one asked for so we can’t do that now , I said well we’re not here much longer and you took instructions from a 6 year old , they called the owner over explained to him what happened all I wanted was to switch it to a 30.00 points card and he said no , he said it was my problem for sending my 6 year old over ! So I said okay that’s fine we’re not coming back! He did give me the gift card back with 21.00 which is what I had on it . I have no use for it at this point , he was a horrible person to talk to and just his comment was annoying . Going through my receipt today I see they charged me for 4 hours of bowling which would have been our two hours per lane however we got only one lane ! 2 hours … so they didn’t reverse the 2 hours off the lane we got rid of. POOOR POOOR SERVICE , I spent 300.00 for 2 hours not even a full 2 hours of bowling and 9 pairs of bowling shoes when they only lent out 6 !

I have visited Champs on a few occassions and always had a good time. We had our year end hockey party here last year and the kids had a blast and food was good. Today I visited their location rather late in a last minute effort to gather support for a fundraiser and the gentlemen I spoke with were very kind and accommodating, I wish I had started here first. They have great offers to work with charity to help raise money. Next time your organizing an event/fundraiser I would highly recommend speaking to Raj.

The place is tired, needs a face lift.Bathrooms are gross, there was 1 stall that was usable. I won’t be back.

Would not recommend.. we were in the VIP room for a birthday party. I got a birthday package and didn’t receive some of the things it included. Not worth the price. Not sure why they don’t offer a party room anymore.

Arcade games pricing has gone up, credits worth 30$ are gone in 20 minutes. Staff is trying to be polite but not all, seems like management is trying.Facility needs more of a deep clean, carpet on the floors look shampooed. Good start, please pay attention the front doors are smeared with hand prints that too right at the opening hour. Champs has great coffee and please don't change the supplier f

I had a very stressful experience hosting a birthday party at Champs Milton yesterday with no support from the staff. They were unprepared for our group. They did not have enough shoes and bowling balls for the kids and they forced us to begin the party without these essentials. They appeared to be understaffed and overbooked with multiple parties. It was exhausting constantly following- up with staff to ensure our party's needs were met. Upon completion of our party, I directed my concerns to a gentleman who introduced himself as the Head of Events. He offered an insulting 5% discount as compensation for my disappointment and concerns. After an uncomfortable discussion, he settled on a 10% discount. Overall a negative experience that I wouldn't wish for any other family in the community. My expectation was to celebrate my son's birthday alongside him. Instead I was stressed and overwhelmed.

I had a fun time each time I went there. It’s a decent place, It seems a little old but serves the purpose. One can have a good time with his friends and family.

Champs used to be “the” place to go in Milton when I lived there 10 years ago. It’s really gone downhill. Pretty expensive for a bowling night… “VIP” experience was $100+ for 2 hours and the only difference was a small booth instead of chairs. Only one girl working food/beverage on a Friday night so long waits to get anything. Food when it did arrive was mediocre at best, not very fresh or tasty. Lane kept malfunctioning and giving bonus turns, not counting properly, etc. Arcade was ok but pretty expensive, and kids running around stealing basketballs and being obnoxious. No management or supervision. Used to be fun but won’t be back.

During our recent visit, my friends and I encountered a myriad of issues at this establishment that detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the food quality left much to be desired, with some dishes falling short of Canadian standards. One friend was served chicken wings that were undercooked, with visible traces of blood, while others found their meals to be passable. My order of Irish nachos was marred by sour cream that tasted stale, prompting me to request a burger as a replacement. Unfortunately, the burger never made its way to our table, as it was forgotten by the staff.Despite these setbacks, Victoria, one of the waitstaff, stood out for her exceptional service and dedication. She exuded professionalism, hospitality, and hard work, a stark contrast to some of her colleagues who seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. It was disheartening to observe staff members serving alcohol irresponsibly, especially considering Canadian regulations. On a positive note, the venue itself boasted a lively atmosphere, with an array of entertainment options such as bowling, billiards, and escape rooms. These activities added to the overall appeal of the establishment and provided an enjoyable diversion. Moreover, the cocktails served at the venue were a highlight of our experience. Crafted with care, they offered a delightful array of flavors that pleased our palates and left us wanting more. We would certainly recommend them to others. However, despite the numerous disappointments we encountered throughout the evening, one aspect stood out as particularly frustrating: despite the various issues we faced, we were charged full price for our drinks. This lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the shortcomings of our experience left a sour taste in our mouths and detracted from our overall impression of the establishment.

The service is really bad. Food is terrible. I had the nachos, all the chips stuck together and it came out cold. It just looked like sad nachos. They also forgot to give us salsa and sour crème which is cool but we told the server and she forgot to get it. We waited 20min for salsa and sour crème. We also ordered the Mac and cheese for kids, it’s litterally boxed craft dinner. Way over priced for what you’re getting. Profit margins must be unreal. But I guess with the lack of entertainment and bars in Milton you can get away with it.
