The server was not at all professional.We asked for vegetarian Quesadilla and she just put a little vegetables and cheese and gave it to us without even properly making. The restaurant was a mess with bowls and wrappers all over and we had to call for the server 5 times before she even came to the front.I used to love the quesadilla here but will never go back again

I'm usually reluctant to give a 1-star review, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing enough to warrant it.The menu seemed promising, yet the service was a major letdown. There was only one staff member juggling both in-store and online orders, a significant staffing issue that needs the owner's attention.The spicy chicken order was particularly underwhelming. The sandwich had just three small pieces of chicken, which was quite disappointing. I've included a photo for reference.Our experience with the Santa Fe and Southwest salads was no better. Not only did the staff forget the dressings, forcing us to make a return trip, but we also found hair in one of the salads, which was the final straw in our overall poor experience.Considering everything, there are definitely better dining options out there. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Ordered online. Not the greatest idea for this location. One worker, empty restaurant and I still waited 10 minutes after my 32 minute lead time. The employee seemed overwhelmed. However, good food.

One of the saddest sandwiches I've ever had. No idea what I was expecting but this is not it. Ordered through Uber eats and was super excited to try the sandwich. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich on multi-grain. The lettuce was browned, the chicken tastes gross, the buffalo sauce was not good. Overall the sandwich is not tasty at all. Even the Dell sauce on the side doesn't taste the greatest. There's just something about it that's off.Won't be ordering from here again.

They use to serve their salads in boxes that were great now they switched to very small portions that are fit for a toddler. The lemon is just for comparison but the portions are outrageous now for the price. At least before we’d get a nice size box of salad now we get this?

The restaurant was empty. 2 employees and myself. One employee was having lunch, no problem there. The other completely ignored me. No one acknowledged that I was even there. I stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes, directly in front of an employee who was on her phone. I eventually just walked out. Went to freshii, much better service.

Really kind staff, cool dining room, nice atmosphere, many vegetarian and vegan options.If you take off any default topping from an order you can replace it with another topping at no extra cost

As much as I enjoy the Sunshine salad, there’s always an ingredient missing. One time, it was the avocado (the only source of fat in the salad), and yesterday, they neglected to add the bacon bits and pecans I paid for. After paying almost $20 (including my additives), I am quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
