I went in to purchase a gift. Although they have a small display of gift items to the right of the counter......NOTHING was priced. They also had a large shelving unit with boxes of apples......NOTHING was priced. They had no signage or price stickers on anything!
I had to ask the very busy young lady several times to provide prices. I felt bad for her. She was so busy yet she remained very polite and helpful. She was great.
Perhaps management could make the effort, and show their customers some respect, and ticket the items they have on display.
Very frustrating. I will not go back.

I echo everyone's sentiment about how cute this cafe is. I also appreciate that it opens earlier than most other local cafés, since it works better with my schedule. I ordered a Chai Latte along with an Egg white and Spinach blossom. The Latte was okay, with the highlight being the Blossom. It was so savory and each flavour came through, and the dough was so soft. It has a nice quiet atmosphere, so I stayed there to work for a couple of hours. There was a flow of customers who seemed to be regulars and it remained pretty chill.

Rarely ever write reviews. Since you guys opened years ago, you've regularly had your employees working by themselves. Many times I've come in to see a poor Barista scrambling to make drinks while the line and café continue to fill up, entire families coming in at once, etc.
A cafe with this volume needs two people to run smoothly. Sorry, that's just how it is.
These are things you know about, so I am simply reaching out here to let you know how poorly you are treating the people who keep your business running. They work incredibly hard and are always so nice despite working for a family who seems not to care that much.

My first time trying this cafe and loved it. They have so many options of food and drinks. I love how they have items to take home to bake as well as maple syrup, jam, and honey. i tried the iced latte with flavor of vanilla and apple caramel blossom. The staff was amazing, Hailey who served me was such a great help and friendly. i definetily will be back!
