I dined in for lunch with my family earlier today and was fascinated by the wonderful customer service that was provided by Zara. She was such a friendly and approachable server. Even though I’ve been here many times, I get confused with the items on the menu, but Zara didn’t seem to have an issue with going over and explaining some of Daata Grill’s popular and delicious dishes and desserts. The dishes were served just on time, and the food was fresh and hot. I definitely will be retuning!

We've been here plenty times. Food is great and always fresh . We have also come here multiple times for their all you eat breakfast, and it is the best value for your money. The staff is friendly and easy to talk
The place is really clean, employees and manager is really nice. And the food is amazing, definitely recommend coming here for food. Served by zarah.

Daata grill has exceptional service, the owner is the kindest host you could ask for and you’ll always feel at home at Daata grill. Not only that, but the food is amazing as well, with the flame on fries being exceptionally delicious. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and experience. Served by Zara

Was just in to collect a too good to go order, which they changed the pick up window by bringing it forward by 10 min - no issue there. Upon arriving at the store for pick up - the server Zara said that they used the 10min pick up window to prepare the food so I'll have to wait, again no concern I asked so it'll be about 10 min? To which she said no it'll be 2 min, why did you say 10min? I said I only asked if it'll be 10min because you mentioned the 10min pick up window. Upon waiting, the food arrived within 2 min and as I was collecting the supervisor Ash came over, completely misinformed and misreading the situation, and refused to hand me the order. When reasoning with the supervisor, she said I wouldn't be able to escalate the matter since she is management herself. So I left without any food, poor communication, rude service - it's such a shame because this restaurant had good service and food, not sure that's the case anymore.

No customer service etiquette, no clear communication, and no clarity of thought in handling a customer's displeasure at the in store experience. This used to be an establishment with respectful staff and good food, highly doubt that's the case any longer.
