Was just in to collect a too good to go order, which they changed the pick up window by bringing it forward by 10 min - no issue there. Upon arriving at the store for pick up - the server Zara said that they used the 10min pick up window to prepare the food so I'll have to wait, again no concern I asked so it'll be about 10 min? To which she said no it'll be 2 min, why did you say 10min? I said I only asked if it'll be 10min because you mentioned the 10min pick up window. Upon waiting, the food arrived within 2 min and as I was collecting the supervisor Ash came over, completely misinformed and misreading the situation, and refused to hand me the order. When reasoning with the supervisor, she said I wouldn't be able to escalate the matter since she is management herself. So I left without any food, poor communication, rude service - it's such a shame because this restaurant had good service and food, not sure that's the case anymore.

Went to pickup a too good to go order for a 9:50-10:00pm window. Arrived within it and was still made to wait 15 mins because the food wasn't ready. When I asked, I was told that their customers are their first priority and they only give food after. There was a line of 5-6 people in front of me, all waiting for the same orders. I don't understand. If you're setting the time slot yourself, and we have already paid for the food, are you not supposed to treat us as customers too? Or was the food for free? Even if it was, aren't you supposed to respect your customers? There was no apology, no proper explanation and I just felt like I was waiting for charity food
