went here today saw a man yelling at the staff for making a mistake. staff was extremely nice and even tried to refund to which the man refused. they didnt deserve that treatment they are always nice an accommodating. people need to stop taking their unreasonable feelings out on random staff members .
Pretty good place for a sweet tooth. The service is very quick and the employees are nice. The blizzards are phenomenal, my personal favourite is the Skor for now. Can’t wait for the cotton candy blizzard to return.
Update: Now that it’s thankfully summer again, the cotton candy blizzard (arguably the best blizzard) has come back, it was time to visit again. Today when we visited, the machines were not working and we had to wait a bit for them to reboot...

Sad to see DQ’s ice cream menu paired back to FIVE Limited Time Treats, FOUR Signature Collections, SIX Candy Collections, TWO Royal Treats. Almost all Chocolate-based. Nothing of interest, as the traditional assortment was gone.
Hoping this gamble of a rotating menu works out for DQ because I, personally, will only go if I hear something advertiser that I am interested in. As it stands, nothing is appealing.
