I like this shop because I always get a fresh sandwich from the lady with the blonde glasses. The seller is very nice!! The store is always well stocked and clean.

I’ve been a customer of EuroMax basically since they opened even though lately I’ve been leaving the store upset. I love their products and I know good help is hard to find but I wish someone would train the older staff to greet customers first in English and then Polish. Then they could converse in whichever language they’d answer. I’m not Polish but I am constantly addressed in that language. So is my husband who is Canadian. The mature staff is not very courteous and or friendly, with an attitude. The young staff on the other hand is awesome, friendly and gives great customer service with a smile.
I think I’ll be doing my shopping in the evening when they’re mostly working so I can have a pleasant shopping experience and leave the store happy instead of aggravated. The woman with shaved sides who I think may be the manager is the worst. Extremely patronizing , rude , arrogant and rough. Every time when I asked something she’ d respond in not a very nice and helpful manner. Even though I said to my husband I won’t go back because I don’t need to be treated that way I do because I’m a sucker for punishment. lol. It’s because I love the variety of sausages, especially the blood and liver sausage, bacon and a really good hot food counter that’s also reasonable priced. And great selection of fresh ready made meats as well. If they would only train their staff to give customer service with a smile and change their manager EuroMax would be
great to shop at and a pleasure to visit.
